BizWorld with 5th & 6th class

5th & 6th class participated in a two-day BizWorld workshop, delivered by Leanne from Bank of Ireland in Oldcastle.During the workshop, the children were split into groups and each group developed their own mini enterprise. At the end of the workshop, they got to pitch their business ideas to visiting ‘Dragons’, from Bank of Ireland.
The 'dragons' and teachers were very impressed with the new business ideas that each group came up with. Well done!!

Please note: As part of Oldcastle Enterprise Town, the children from 5th & 6th class are invited to deliver their presentation to the community. This event is on Friday 26th of May(3pm- 7pm) and Saturday 27th of May (10am-2pm) in the show hall beside the GAA pitch.

From these workshops kids at this age are able to learn a lot about the things that they should probably be aware. I am pretty sure to get my kids to be the part of these workshops if ever going on.

This is the main class where kids are exploring and learning new things that are new for them. I am really interested to know more about such things that are meant to be important for kids.
