History made as boys and girls in 5th and 6th class are first primary school to represent Cavan in badminton All-Irleand

Girls team was (left to right)  Eimear Finnegan, Claudia Baraunas, Caoimhe McEnerney and Blaithín Flood.

Boys team was(left to right) Karl Graham, Michael Donohoe, Diarmuid Lee and Killian Casey.

The teams played four matches in total and were well fit to keep up with the pace with Karl and Michael winning a game. The children will be presented with medals later this month.
