We listened to the story of how the animals were chosen to represent each year.We looked at famous buildings in China and also learned about chinese food and how Chinese New Year is celebrated.

The class discussed the stages involved in building a house. We learned about the different workers involved in the process and identified the appliances we use in each room in a house. We made our own house pictures using shapes.

Junior and Senior Infants really enjoyed doing the Operation Transformation exercises each morning at ten.It really set us up for the day and gave us all more energy.
