How to make a sock snowman

What you need:
A sock
500g/1kg of rice
Buttons
Ribbon
String
​Cushion pins
Method:​

1. Cut the toe off the sock.
2. Tie the opening of the sock with string or thread.
3. Using a funnel, poor rice into the sock through the funnel.
4. Tie the opening with string or thread securely. 
5. Create a head by tying string around the body.
6. Use glue to attach 2 buttons for eyes, cushion pins to form mouth and bobbin for nose. Be as creative as you wish.

Last month 3rd & 4th class were learning about the Normans. They built model castles at home with the help of family. They really  enjoyed making the castles and today they presented them to their class. Other pupils created the castles using Minecraft and I was very impressed by their skills and knowledge.  Well done to everyone who completed the project on time. Jamie made a gingerbread house with his dad and he presented to the class today. The class were very impressed and especially  when they saw the secret stash of sweets!
