Suggested time-table for 2nd/ 3rd class

Maths 2nd & 3rd class

Complete the online maths test. Please try to complete the test by 8 o' clock Tuesday evening.  (if you have any trouble accessing it during that time please let me know)

Mental Maths: Try to complete the final few pages in Mental Maths book. (if not completed already)

Bua na Cainte: An Samhradh
Ceacht 1: p154 try to read the dates in irish. Complete obair beirte orally- say the date (no need to write it out)
Song: p155 listen to the song on the interactive programme- try to sing along-  Write the song into your songs and poems copy in your best handwriting.
Ceacht 2: p156 Try to make up some sentences about the picture- use the questions to help you write 12 sentences about the picture. 
Ceacht 3: p 157 listen to the story on the interactive programme online- An Aimsir- An Samhradh- Ceacht 3 Answer the questions orally.
Ceacht 4: p158 Answer the questions orally- how many people- an mó duine. Use the boxes under the questions to help answer the questions.

English:
2nd class: Unit 21,22,(no need to write out everything) Enjoy reading the stories and answer the questions orally.
3rd class: Read the next 3 stories in Blue Skies- no need to write the answers to the questions in tale and detail or undercover work- just enjoy reading the stories!

PE
Make up an obstacle course and get all the family to race against each other/time each person completing the course!
Have a spud and spoon race in the garden!
Fill some plastic cups with water and put them on a tray. See how quickly you can run up and down the garden with the tray without spilling any water!
Practice some GAA drills.

Music
Practice playing one tune a day. I would love to hear some tinwhistle playing!

Hi Mrs Galligan I note online maths test to be completed by 3pm today. I work mon-fri + leave home before 9.30 + would not be home before 3pm. Looks like Cillian can still access it via the link so he'll look at it now.
